| We made a quite long way to come from
Aachen, Germany here to "Casita Maria" and expected a piece of paradise here
in Southern Andalusia. But - everything is much more beautiful and unique
than we dreamed of! "Casita Maria" offers such a private atmosphere that we
felt like being at home at once. It was a pleasant and relaxing stay and
we enjoyed it really very much.

| It really has all been said before.
However, our stay has had all the good bits of wild camping on
a mountain top and sleeping under the stars, with none of the privations (ie
comfortable bed, all mod cons, protection from flying creatures). The plunge
pool is even better than a pool in a mountain stream in a lot of ways.
Congratulations to Alan and Colleen for creating this unique experience. |

Just a quick note to say thank you and let you
know what we particularly enjoyed - as we were driving away on Saturday i
realised we forgot to sign the guestbook!
We had a great time, loved the pool, the barbecue (amazing barbecued
langoustines!) and most of all the peace and quiet and the wildlife - great
birdlife.
The advice on your website re shopping and places to visit was spot on. We
particularly enjoyed Ronda and a shopping visit to Cartama was always a good
excuse for a beer and some tapas...
Casita Maria is a very special place and a great reflection on you. Thanks
again for everything.
PS - The book was great!

| Thank you, it has been a unique experience for us
both - to sit, read, chat without the pressure of time and urgency of
deadlines ...
Martin gradually turned into "Gecko Man" as the week wore on - indulging
in the high temperatures and beautiful sunshine. I, on the other hand,
became a 3-toed sloth the minute temperatures crept up to and beyond 40 ...
The view are amazing and the privacy most welcome - we can see the work
you have put in and thank you for sharing it.

| Thank you very much for a lovely week here. We've
had a few excursions to the local villages and El Chorro on your
recommendation, but most of all we've enjoyed lounging by the pool and
absorbing the stunning view. We've also got into spotting the various flora
and fauna but don't care to see the cheeky bread-stealing ants ever again! |

| We have spent 2 lovely weeks here in your cosy
little cottage. We have really enjoyed both to relax in the nice
weather - sunshine for 14 days - and making outings in this fantastic
beautiful nature. We left Denmark in 16 below! We think to have been
very lucky to know your two interesting people and very kind and caring
hosts. We will hopefully meet again.
Vi har haft 2 dejlige uger i denne
hyggelige lille hytte. Vi har sådan nydt både at slappe af i det gode vejr -
solskin i 14 dage - og at tage på dejlige udflugter i den fantastisk flotte
natur her omkring. Vi forlod Danmark i - 16 gr. ! ! Vi har været meget glade
for at lære jer at kende som nogle meget spændende mennesker og elskværdige
værter. Vi ses snart igen |

Die Rückreise ist gut verlaufen und wir sind sicher in Berlin gelandet.
Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit bei Euch und wir kommen gerne wieder. Es
war ein sehr schöner Urlaub und vielen Dank für Eure Gastfreundschaft; die
