Terms and Conditions
Booking and Payment
When booking, a non-refundable deposit of 25% is required, with the balance due 6 weeks
before the start of your holiday. If the full payment is not received at
this time, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and retain any deposit.
Cancellation/Amendment Fees
If you have to cancel, the following scale of charges applies:
Travel insurance should cover this eventuality.
For amendments, if we can secure another booking, you will have no charges
other than an administration fee of €25.
Transfers
If you are unable to travel, providing you inform us of the person/s
travelling in your place, we will naturally honour the booking.
Changeovers
Changeovers are on a Saturday during the peak periods. Check
Out: 10:00. Check In: 16:00, unless by prior arrangement.
Alterations or Cancellations by us
Before the holiday contract takes effect, we reserve the right to change any
holiday details. However, if there is a major change we will, of course,
inform you so that you have the choice of cancelling.
After the contract has taken place, if the circumstances are beyond our
control, we will refund all monies paid to us or try to rebook your
holiday at a time to suit you. Beyond this, however, we cannot accept
liability.
Maintenance and Repair
Facilities may be restricted or withdrawn at certain times for maintenance
and/or bad weather. If the availability of a particular service/facility
is of paramount importance to the enjoyment of your holiday then you should
raise this with us at the time of your booking.
Damage Deposit
A refundable deposit of €100 is payable on arrival. This
will be refunded in full, assuming all is as you found it in the cabin.
Cleaning
A cleaning fee of €30 will be charged if you prefer not to
clean on your departure - an early morning flight perhaps!
Smoking
Providing due care is taken, particularly when the
countryside is tinder dry at certain times, smoking outside is not a
problem. However, smoking inside the casita is not permitted.
