Travel insurance should cover this eventuality.
For amendments, if we can secure another booking, you will have no charges
other than an administration fee of €25.
Transfers
If you are unable to travel, providing you inform us of the person/s
travelling in your place, we will naturally honour the booking.
Information required at least two
weeks prior to your holiday
Names of all
members of the party plus ages of any under 16.
Contact mobile:
the correct number of one that actually works over here and which will be turned
on ... we've had a couple of occasions trying to contact guests to warn of
last minute problems but haven't been able to get hold of them ... causing
delays and frustrations for both parties! Some
mobile phones require "roaming" to be turned on for use abroad - this can take
up to two weeks.
Flight details
for both outward AND inward flights: Departure airport, arrival airport,
Carrier, Flight number and times. This helps us be flexible with changeover
times where possible. It can also help in the event of a plane delay,
although we ask you to call or SMS for delays over an hour.
Changeovers
Changeovers are on a Saturday during the peak periods. Check
Out: 10:00. Check In: 16:00, unless by prior arrangement.
Alterations or Cancellations by us
Before the holiday contract takes effect, we reserve the right to change any
holiday details. However, if there is a major change we will, of course,
inform you so that you have the choice of cancelling.
After the contract has taken place, if the circumstances are beyond our
control, we will refund all monies paid to us or try to rebook your
holiday at a time to suit you. Beyond this, however, we cannot accept
liability.
Maintenance and Repair
Facilities may be restricted or withdrawn at certain times for maintenance
and/or bad weather. If the availability of a particular service/facility
is of paramount importance to the enjoyment of your holiday then you should
raise this with us at the time of your booking.
Damage Deposit
A refundable deposit of €100 is payable
in cash on arrival. This
will be refunded in full, assuming all is as you found it in the cabin. Our UK
guests may prefer to deposit £100 to save changing money into euros.
Cleaning
We expect the
cabin to be left as it is found, other than the linen/towels. A cleaning fee of €30 will be charged if you prefer not to
clean on your departure - an early morning flight perhaps!
Smoking
Providing due care is taken, particularly when the
countryside is tinder dry at certain times, smoking outside is not a
problem. However, smoking inside the casita is not permitted and the
damage deposit will be forfeited.
Air Conditioning/Heating
We add sufficient
credit to the metre to allow you to run the unit for around a 100 hours per
week (about 14 hours a day) during your stay. Additional hours may be
purchased at 1 euro for 5 hours. (Air
